Timeline depends on scope. A standard bungalow (2,500–4,000 sq.ft.) typically takes 12–18 months. A G+3 apartment building averages 18–24 months. We provide detailed Gantt charts at the proposal stage so you always have a clear picture.
Do you provide end-to-end services including design?
Yes. We have an in-house architecture and structural engineering team. We handle everything from initial design, drawings, RERA approvals, and municipal permissions — right through to construction and handover.
What is covered under your 10-year structural warranty?
Our structural warranty covers defects in the load-bearing structure — including columns, beams, slabs, and foundation — for 10 years from handover. Full terms are included in your project contract.
Can you work within a fixed budget?
Absolutely. We prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) before signing, so you know exactly what you're paying for. We also offer value engineering — recommending material or design alternatives that reduce cost without compromising quality.
Do you take on projects outside Ahmedabad?
