In 2007, Shri C. M. Chavda — a civil engineer with two decades of experience across major Gujarat infrastructure projects — decided to start something different. Not just another construction firm, but a company where the handshake meant as much as the contract.
The early years were not easy. The firm started with a team of eight, a single project in Sola, and a reputation built entirely on word-of-mouth. C. M. Chavda's insistence on quality materials, honest timelines, and transparent billing slowly built a following that no marketing budget could have bought.
Today, with offices in four cities and 600+ skilled professionals, we remain — at our core — the same company C. M. Chavda founded: one that puts the client's trust above everything else.

19 Years of Landmark Moments
Maheshwari Engineers is founded in Ahmedabad with a team of 8 and its first residential project in Sola — handed over 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
Completed our first commercial project: a 40,000 sq.ft. office complex on CG Road, Ahmedabad.
Achieved ISO 9001 quality management certification — one of the first mid-sized construction firms in Ahmedabad to do so.
Opened our industrial construction vertical with our first GIDC project in Sanand, completed 45 days ahead of schedule.
Delivered our 100th project — a luxury residential tower in Bodakdev. Headcount crossed 300 skilled employees.
Opened regional offices in Gandhinagar, Bhavnagar, and Surendranagar, bringing our quality-first approach across Gujarat.
