Ahmedabad is where Maheshwari Engineers was born in 1998, and it remains our largest and most active market. From the heritage-rich old city to the gleaming towers of SG Highway and Prahlad Nagar, we have built across every neighbourhood and every construction type this city demands.
Our head office on SG Highway is staffed by our full leadership team — including architectural, structural, and project management departments — and is the hub from which we coordinate Gujarat-wide operations.

As Gujarat's planned state capital, Gandhinagar presents unique construction opportunities — from government and institutional projects to the growing residential demand in its well-laid sectors. We opened our Gandhinagar office in 2012 and have since built a strong portfolio here.
The GIFT City development adjacent to Gandhinagar has generated significant new project demand that our team is actively engaged with.
