Our residential division has built over 200 homes of every size and typology — from compact budget apartments in Surendranagar to 12,000 sq.ft. luxury bungalows in the premium neighbourhoods of Ahmedabad. Every home begins with a deep understanding of how you want to live in it.
Our structural team uses M25-grade concrete and Fe500 steel as a standard baseline. Our finishing team works with the same material brands on every project — so you always get the quality level you pay for, documented in the BOQ.
